Club Penguin: Talk with newspaper

First, open up the paper. Then press the tab key until you see the line down in the talking bar. Then you can type what you want to say. Now just press enter. You will now be talking with the paper:)

Club Penguin: Have someone on buddy and ignore

First, find someone that you wanna be friends with, or just delete someone and tell them to stay where they are (mostly preffered if you know the person in real life) Click the person and ask to be their friend. Click to add them on your ignore. Then if they accept, they will be on both:)

Club Penguin: Floating Items

First what you need to do is, put your account in ultimate safe talking mode. Then go to a room with a free item, like a pin. Then walk over to it. Don’t press anything! Press tab until there is a yellow box around your house icon. Then press enter. Now you will be in your igloo and you will see a picture of the free item. You can take your penguin off ultiamate safe mode. You will see the item until you log off.

Toontown: Hold your jellybeans from your bank

First go to your house and stay away from your bank. Then walk over to it and before you are exactly there, put your room in Move Furniture and click the bank. Then put the bank in storage AFTER the window pops up that has the picture of your container and your bank. Put it in the attic and then when you press either OK or the X your toon will have no where to put the part of the bank and he/she will hold on to it! It may take a few tries but it should be fairly easy once you get the hang of it:)

Toontown: Go in the garden you can see through the windows of your houses

First, go into the part where you can move the furniture and put the dresser facing one of the windows right in front of the window. Then try to use it and you should be standing right in the garden. Click the X and you should be able to walk around in the garden. If you go in the gray stuff, it is an endless glitch zone. Muahaha!

Toontown: Stand on your house

First, go to your estate. Then go to a house and then go to the side of  the house and when you are about right under the one part of the roof where it is curved and comes and then when it is off the house it goes down, start jumping. It may require a few tries but it is funny.

special dances without wearing the clothes!

First click on your penguin and take all clothes off of your penguin. Then press the x on the card and click your penguin again then put on something like the proppeller cap and press D on your keyboard without pressing the x on your card thing. You will be floating!You can experiment with a bunch of clothes.

the flashing words glitch

ok. First u type in green commander of and then type anything after of and start walking around and press Enter on your keyboard while walking. VOILA! The words are flashing while u walk!
